Saint-Paul Saint-Louis Church Christmas Nativity Scene

Around Christmas time, I always check out the Nativity scenes in Paris churches. This year, my favourite was the Saint-Paul Saint-Louis church in the Marais area.

Usually, they place it near the altar, though this year it was right by the entrance of the church and they had an interesting decoration hanging from the ceiling over it which reminded me of the crown of thorns. What do you think?
