Montparnasse Tower Upcoming Renovation

Countdown to the closing of the Tour Montparnasse.

Visitors have until 31 March to go up the observatory deck at the top floor to enjoy the view of Paris.

After that, the tower will be closed off for its renovation and that should take several years.

The tower will be given a brand new look with mirror-like window panes. Hopefully, it should blend in better than its current aspect, which made it considered the eye-sore of the city for many Parisians… They will have waited over 50 years since it was built…
