Cluizel Chocolate Shop

My recommandation for Easter: les chocolats Cluizel. A family involved in chocolate making since 1948! The first shop on rue Saint-Honoré dates back to 1987. You do the math... The longevity says it all.

They have four shops in Paris where you will find Easter bunnies and eggs. And if you enjoy baking, you will also find chocolate for baking, and you know the secret of baking lies in the ingredients...

Their bio indicates they were the first chocolate maker to offer a 99% chocolate tablet! I reckon they also offer workshops, I am not sure whether they are offered in English or just French... To be verified! Enjoy and Happy Easter!
