If you celebrate Christmas in Paris, you have to experience the "Bûche de Nôël"! Bûche literally means log! Hence the aspect of the dessert! This is one of these traditions that go back forever...

There are different versions of the Bûche: the original is a cake with cream, you can also find an ice-cream version. Then you have to choose among the plethora of flavours available: vanilla ; coffee ; chocolate ; raspberry ; strawberry ; it’s endless!
